though his shoe choice often lagged behind. That changed when he crossed paths with a creative genius at Aalto University.
This meeting kick-started a footwear revolution.
Boyd's first encounter with what would become Ouder’s signature smiley sneakers didn’t quite hit home.
But after a playful nudge, they evolved into the perfect flat sneaker, embodying Boyd’s everyday essence.
His wife's initial surprise turned to admiration as she realized these shoes were not just youthful but a bold expression of identity.
