Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process.

We typically ship your goods within 48 hours, and shipping is complimentary.

Currently, Ouder is setting up a warehouse in New York, which will be operational at the beginning of June.

OUDER's third-party logistics service ensures direct delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep, providing high efficiency and low risk of package loss.

For most countries, the maximum delivery time is no more than 14 days, and we prioritize the fastest available shipping routes.

If you need delivery to a country not listed above, please contact us! We will prioritize your request and ensure your satisfaction.

Your orders typically arrive within 7-14 days, but here's the kicker for our US customers: By June 1, 2024, our New York warehouse will be up and running, cutting delivery times down to just 3-7 days.

If you receive your order and find that the size isn't quite right or you're unsatisfied for any reason, you have up to 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. Simply contact us to express your concerns. We're here to ensure your satisfaction.
